Powers up, produces green screen display (see picture), but the fuse will blow sooner or later, so it will likely need new capacitors. Since it couldn’t be fully tested, it is sold “As-Is”, for parts or repair. Was likely a Federal Government surplus unit; it is marked “U.S.V.A” (United States Department of Veterans Affairs?) Your order will be well packed, although local pickup is encouraged, if possible.
